Improved Tileset tiling and more organic templates

I improved the tiling system with more tiling mores. Previously the tiling was kinda hit or miss, but now it should work on all tiles depending on the selected mode.

Some people have pointed out that this tool is only for sci-fi, so I've added few more organic sprite templates  so the generator can randomly generate less sci-fi looking tiles.
