Jukemeister is a short game created for the GMTK 2020 game jam. The theme was: Out of control

About the game

The main concept of the game was a mixture between Superhot's time slowing mechanic and juking in MOBAs. Your goal is to reach the elevator on each floor.

Controls

The game is controlled using the mouse only.

Very fun game. Focused mechanic with lots of room to iterate and interesting emergent strategy (the time mechanic is key). Simple and smooth controls. It hooked me right away! Only thing is I'm not sure how it fits the theme?

I think it is because the character can't be stoped by the guards so they are out of control

Wow! I had so much fun with this! I love Super Hot and I LOVE juking folks even more! The name is excellent! It's addicting, I like the Hoverboard concept, the pathways, the simplicity!

Do you plan on continuing the development on this? If so, would you like some dynamic based music to go along with the mechanics? I can write for that and I proficient with some new audio-middleware (besides Wwise or FMOD) I believe this game will make a splash with the two combined and you could possibly get funding too. I know some publishers who may be interested. Let me know, send me a PM @chasebethea. Great work!
